Since moving to Guernsey in 2014, Natasha has worked for some of the world’s leading offshore law firms, most recently Carey Olsen (Guernsey) LLP. Prior to that she practised out of a leading commercial law set of barristers’ Chambers in London for over a decade.
Natasha is STEP qualified, an English barrister and Guernsey Advocate but does not provide legal advice to clients. Natasha has an extensive knowledge of corporate governance issues, having been involved in a six-month trial and now the leading authority on directors’ duties in Guernsey. She has a detailed knowledge of the principles underpinning the operation and management of trust and corporate vehicles, which she is able to bring to bear in order to establish and administer bespoke structures. Natasha speaks fluent French, Hindi and Punjabi.
