Matt Ridley is a journalist, author and elected hereditary Conservative peer in the House of Lords. After attaining his DPhil in Zoology at Oxford, he worked for The Economist from 1984 – 1992, first as a Science Editor and finally as American Editor.
Matt has written a number of books on the environment, science and economics. They have sold over one million copies and been translated into 30 languages.
He writes regularly for the Daily Tel, the Times, the Wall Street Journal and the Spectator.
