Brothers and GetSmarter founders, Rob and Sam Paddock, will share the story of how their South African startup went global in 8 years, earning the accolade of being the largest acquisition of a South African Educational Tech company. They believe that although there is a lot of luck involved in building a great business, you need a clear strategy, great people and strong partnerships.
Rob and Sam will also touch on the impact of their family bond on their business and how it benefited, but also challenged both their personal and business development.
