Marc Wachsberger, Founder and MD of The Capital Hotel Group, built a successful business through a combination of innovation and best practice. At a time where hotels were considered overpriced, he saw the 2010 World Cup as an opportunity to sub-let executive apartments to business travellers who wanted longer-term stay and didn’t want to stay in hotels. Marc will share how The Capital Hotel Group survived when the excitement of the Soccer World Cup died down and will also cover the personal challenges he experienced along the way.
