"Mental health is not a destination but a process. It’s about how you drive, not where you’re going.”
- Noam Shpancer
In a celebration of community and mental health, Stonehage Fleming's global offices marked Wellness Day this week, transforming the annual event into a dynamic platform for fostering meaningful conversations on wellbeing and resilience.
The day unfolded with a series of events across various jurisdictions, highlighting the importance of healthy habits like proper nutrition and hydration in maintaining both mental and physical health.
In London, the team collaborated with Being Good, a smoothie bike company, to host a spirited competition featuring a skill-based arcade game, rewarding participants with refreshing fruit smoothies.
Global Stonehage Fleming staff tuned in to a webinar led by Louis and Pauli Nigrini of InSense Dynamix, who shared invaluable insights and practical strategies to bolster mental health. Focusing on “Self-reflection and building systems for growth” the Nigrinis offered practical strategies to enhance mental health and community engagement.
Globally, SF colleagues participated in a 5km movement challenge, promoting activities such as walking, running, cycling, or dancing, and nurturing a spirit of collective support through physical movement. Our London team strolled through Mayfair, while our Luxembourg team enjoyed lunch at Parc de Merl, followed by a visit to the Grand Ducal Palace.
Through active participation and motivation, the event encouraged a deeper understanding of personal mental health and the challenges faced by others.
Stonehage Fleming extends heartfelt thanks to everyone who organised and participated, making Wellness Day a resounding success.
