Stonehage Fleming was proud to sponsor the Festival of Colour that took place on 4th July in Jersey in aid of Family Nursing and Home Care (FNHC) a Jersey-based charity committed to providing high quality, nursing and home care in the community from birth to end of life. The festival included a five kilometre ‘colour run’ and other family friendly activities including sandcastle competitions and a tug of war.
“Community engagement is a crucial aspect of Stonehage Fleming’s social capital. It shows our commitment to the society in which we work,” said Ana Ventura, Head of Family Office in Jersey.
The festival saw St Austin’s Bay in Jersey transformed into a riot of colour. A number of Stonehage employees participated in the colour run, showered with biodegradable powdered paint at five intervals along the route and cheered on by family and friends.
Money raised will help fund FNHC’s Paediatric Palliative Care worker who supports children and their families where there is a diagnosis or recognition of a life-limiting or life-threatening condition. “I am really proud to support this incredibly worthwhile charity,” said Ana. “It sits at the heart of island life and seeks to touch so many of our lives.”
