Today I'll be having a discussion

with three wonderful next gens.

We'll be talking about the career path they've taken

and decision making process

that got them to where they are today.

We'll also be discussing family dynamics,

the unique pressures they experience, as well

as investment strategies

to name a few. The majority of the panel

form part of our Stonehage Fleming Future Focus group,

which is a group that discuss

and debate challenges in business and in families,

and get to workable solutions for the future.

Family first or business first.

I really choose family business first

and it means that everything

that we do is for the family.

I've really enjoyed the authenticity, their openness,

willingness to share their stories

for the other panel members as well as the audience

to be able to relate and learn from them.

And maybe go home and think about these conversations

and topics themselves and maybe discuss it

with their children.
