stonehage fleming investment management - Thematic

Thematic

A forward-thinking strategy looking to invest in tomorrow's winners and with longer-term megatrends, it breaks free from the narrow constraints of sectors and geographies. This results in a differentiated portfolio, which requires a long-term time horizon.

The goal is to construct a differentiated portfolio using proven expertise of collaborating with those fund managers and investors with a deep abiding understanding of these trends. Capital is also allocated to targeted investment themes through Exchange-Traded Funds.

This strategy builds off our existing process and expertise in identifying talented fund managers and is tilted more towards specialists rather than generalists. It is particularly suited to clients who are considering investing in a thematic manner, clients who are uninspired by traditional asset allocation and those with a higher risk tolerance.
