Mark is a Client Relationship Director within the Corporate Services division, based in Malta. His areas of specialisation include Corporate Services & Governance, Regulatory & AML-CFT Compliance, Risk Management, M&As, and Trusts and Foundations.
Mark joined the Group in 2025 after having worked with several prominent company service providers in Malta. He brings over 15 years’ of experience in the finance and corporate industry. Mark holds a Certificate in Trusts Law and Management, a Bachelor’s Degree in Banking and Finance, and a Master’s Degree in Financial Services.
