Martine Bijon
Director - Head of Human Resources, Switzerland
Martine is an HR Adviser for the Group, she supports the HR teams in several offices of the group on HR projects – Switzerland, South Africa, Malta, Monaco, Luxembourg and Israel. She has been working as an independent consultant to the Group since 2021.
Prior to joining the Group in 2021, Martine held various roles in Finance and HR, including working in Chicago, IL, for 6 years, then in Germany, Austria and France.
Martine is tri-lingual and has Masters’ degrees in Economics and Human Resources from the European Business School (Frankfurt, London and Paris) and the University Robert Schuman of Strasbourg. She is an IMD alumni (Lausanne) and a certified trainer.
