Group Head of Business Analysis
Michelle is a Director of Stonehage Fleming, heading the Business Analysis team within Group Operations. She has over 25 years of experience in fiduciary administration, systems, and management, enabling the business to adopt new technologies and adapt to regulatory changes.
Michelle joined Stonehage Fleming from the Maitland Group, where she started in 1996 in the Isle of Man. She worked in the fiduciary business for seven years, serving as director and company secretary. For the following 18 years, her roles entailed business analysis and technology implementation, leading multidisciplinary teams across several jurisdictions. She also owned and managed a training college franchise in South Africa for three years. Michelle has a Masters of Business Administration and MSc in Strategic Planning, both from Heriot-Watt University's Edinburgh Business School.
