Rosalind Friedericksen

Rosalind is an Associate Director of Stonehage Fleming Corporate Services and Head of the Corporate Fiduciary and Share Scheme in South Africa. Rosalind has a wide range of experience in accounting and corporate service offerings including securitisation, Employee Share Scheme and BBBEE structures which she has spent a significant portion of her career implementing and subsequently managing.
Prior to joining Stonehage Fleming Rosalind was a Senior Client Relationship Manager in the Nedbank Share Schemes Administration team, responsible for the administration of listed BBBEE schemes and employee share schemes. Prior to this Rosalind was a Senior Manager at Deloitte having been employed in the accounting technical, audit and accounting and financial advisory teams.
Rosalind has a Bachelor of Accountancy and Post Graduate degree in Accounting from the University of Johannesburg and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2005.
