Ross Rennie

Associate Director

Ross is an Associate Director within the Corporate Services division, responsible for the team who deliver first class service levels to clients in administering companies, trusts, Jersey private funds and partnerships in a variety of asset classes such as property, investments and technology. He acts as a director on client structures and also assists in strategic business development strategies and new business proposals, drawing on his network of lawyers, bankers, investment advisors and property managers, to deliver expert services to a global base of new and existing clients.

Prior to joining the Group in 2022, Ross was a banking and finance lawyer advising on Jersey and BVI law having worked for Ogier, Bedell Cristin and Collas Crill in Jersey. He has over 10 years’ experience in offshore legal (private practice & in-house legal counsel) and financial services, with particular experience in funds, trust, banking and corporate Ross is a qualified solicitor of England & Wales and holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degree in History from the University of Glasgow. He is a member of the Law Society of England & Wales.
